MS ™ Access ™ Database Developer for Long Island

An MS Access Database Developer will continue your programming project if you elect to make a payment of 1/3 of the fixed-price quote after completion of the "Design and Development" phase, as previously indicated. The 2nd so-called "Pre-production" phase begins with receipt of this 1st payment.

During the "Pre-production" phase, any changes requested by your office during the initial demo are added; and other additional features (e.g., for data-integrity) are also added, along with any screens and print-outs that were not included in the original demo. At the end of this phase a pre-production database, which will be virtually identical to the final operational database, is delivered to your office. Typically, at least one member of your staff would then begin using the database, concurrently with your existing office procedures, to verify that the database is operating as required. Following your checkout of the pre-production database, you can continue with the project by making a payment of another 1/3 of the fixed-price quote.

The final phase begins after this second payment is received. During this phase any last requests made during your pre-production checkout are incorporated into the design by your MS Access Database Developer, and the phase ends with the deployment in your office of the operational database.

The final 1/3 of the fixed-price quote is due within 3 months of delivery of the operational database. Following the final payment, you have full rights to the database, and you are provided with the source code, which will allow your office or other programmers to work with and extend the database.
